UK Mainland Delivery:
FREE Next Day Delivery:  All UK mainland deliveries are free at Rubber Sole, and your order will be delivered on the very next working day if ordered before 4:00pm. All UK mainland orders are sent by private courier on a guaranteed next day service. Your delivery will require a signature and will be made between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Our next day courier service only applies to UK mainland addresses and excludes Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands (which will be sent via Royal Mail using their First Class Recorded service).

UK Offshore, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands Delivery:
FREE 1st Class Recorded Delivery:  All UK offshore, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland deliveries are free at Rubber Sole, your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, this service is estimated as a 1-3 day service and is not a guaranteed next day service. Your delivery will required a signature and will be made between the hours of 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Saturday.

International Delivery:
All international deliveries are dispatched from the Rubber Sole warehouse on the day you place your order (if you order before 4:00pm Mon-Fri). All international orders (including Southern Ireland) are sent by "Royal Mail International Signed For" which required a signature upon delivery (please visit the royal mail website for terms and conditions). Postage and Packaging is charged at £7.00 per item for Europe and £10.00 per item for the rest of the world (ie USA and Australia). International orders generally take between 5-10 days to arrive depending upon the efficiency of postal services in particular countries.

Returns / Refunds:
Goods may be returned to Rubber Sole within 14 days of receipt. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) or you may wish to return an item for an exchange (for example the next size up). Either way, our automated returns system will take you through the process step by step (including selecting your replacement item). Enter your order number and email address (both will be clearly displayed on your conformation email) and then you can start the automated returns process. Please note that P&P will be charged at £2.50 for all exchanges.

* Please remember that goods must be returned in their original boxes and in brand new condition (please make sure boxes are undamaged, packaging is not torn and labels remain attached). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations:
Once payment has been debited from your account, the transaction will be fully processed and you will have to follow the returns procedure for any exchanges or refunds.

Discount Codes:
From time to time Rubber Sole will offer discount codes to some of our most regular customers, unfortunately these discount codes are not redeemable against any purchase from the FitFlop footwear range or Havaianas.
